Research at SNPRC that has a focus on development and/or aging processes continues to grow. Investigations in this area address mechanisms that contribute to aging processes. Areas of investigation include:
-baboon model of bronchopulmonary dysplasia
-effect of maternal nutrition on fetal development
-primate embryonic stem cell research
