Medical – Texas Biomed offers a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) options through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Additionally, for the employee tier, the Institute covers approximately 70% of the total premium.
Dental – Coverage is administered by MetLIfe with the freedom to choose any dentist whether in network or not.
Vision – Coverage is administered by MetLife through the VSP network.
Prescriptions – Rx ‘n Go is a free discount program offering over 1300 FREE generic maintenance medications by mail (90-day supply).

The Texas Biomed clinic has a dedicated Clinician available for employee visits and appointment 40 hours per week alongside a committed care team accessible 24/7.

Professional Development
The Texas Biomed Leadership University equips leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to drive success and innovation. It provides three key development programs: the Leadership Development Academy for current leaders, the Aspiring Leaders Academy for those preparing for leadership roles, and the New Leaders Academy for individuals transitioning into leadership positions.
Through this program, leaders will refine their communication skills, strengthen team collaboration, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
